About Planet BnB

Planet BnB was born in 2004, and exists solely to help promote bed & breakfast inns across America (and globe). We are 100% maintained by the B&B community, in other words, inn owners actively email us to add, edit, and update inn listings within our site.

Although we aren't classified as a non-profit within government standards, we run this site for the greater good - providing inn owners an inexpensive, donation driven marketing vehicle to promote their inns, while also directing potential inn goers to these same said establishments.

All Planet BnB operation fees ( ie. hosting, domain name, design costs, etc. ) are paid for by the small adverts running across the site, as well as donations from new inn submissions. Any remaining revenue generated each month is poured directly back into Planet BnB for future development, or donated directly to Kiva.org ( a non-proft lending institution we strongly, strongly support).

We really hope you like our site, and come back often (as our listings truly change on a daily and weekly basis).

As of June 2007, we were able to launch a new site design as well, built entirely in-house for no cost, thanks to the free template designs provided by the great folks at OSWD.org ...
